UK Delivery

* Our Standard Delivery rate is the lowest priced option per price band.
* Upgraded delivery options will supersede the Standard Delivery rate and are separate from your order.
* We endeavour to dispatch all orders where items are immediately available within 1 working day. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within our preferred timescale, we will try to contact you as soon as possible. If you need an item urgently please email us (sue.luff@yahoo.co.uk) and we will advise you when we will be able to dispatch your goods.
* Free Delivery applies to orders within the United Kingdom. for International Delivery charges please see below.
* Recorded Delivery takes approximately 2-7 working day from dispatch, Special Delivery should arrive before 1pm the day after dispatch.
* All deliveries must be signed for. You may prefer to arrange delivery to an address other than your home (e.g. a work address).
* If you miss a delivery you will be left a card so that you can arrange delivery at a more convenient time or collect from your local sorting office.
* Larger items will be sent by courier, usually Parcelforce, and may be sent by 48 hour courier rather than 24 hours where 'Special Delivery' has been selected.

Overseas delivery

* Europe - Deliveries will be by Airsure or International Signed for Delivery, this costs £8.95 and usually takes between 5 and 14 days for delivery.
* Rest of the world - Delivery will be by Airsure or International Signed for Delivery and costs £12.95. This usually takes between 5 and 14 days for delivery.
* Very large orders overseas orders may incur additional costs. If this is the case we will contact you with a quotation.
