You may return your goods within 10 days after the date of receipt for a full exchange or refund.

  • Items must be returned unworn, odour and stain free and with all the labels and tags attached together with the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the original payment, within 28 days of receipt by us.
  • We do not refund the cost of return postage, unless the return is the result of our own error or the items were faulty.
  • Delivery on items we send to you will be refunded at the standard rate as defined in our Delivery page. Upgraded delivery services are not refunded unless the goods are being returned due to a fault or error on our part.
  • Partial returns will have delivery recalculated based upon the items retained (please see our Delivery page for details). Any differences in delivery fees will be deducted from the value of your refund.
  • If the value of your order for item(s) exceeds the threshold where 'Special Delivery' must be selected due to the value and associated postal insurance required for the order (currently £180) and you return all or some of the items to bring the total order value below this threshold, we will deem your delivery as an 'upgraded' option and deduct the upgraded cost of sending your items by Special Delivery (rather than Standard Delivery) from your final refund value.
  • Items returned after the 10 day period will incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price, unless you can provide proof of despatch date within the period. Any restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • You should obtain a proof of postage certificate from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post. No refund will be made if the goods are not received by us.
  • For goods returned from outside the UK, please label the return package as “Returned GB Merchandise” on the customs declaration to ensure no duty or tax is charged.
  • We understand that returning goods from outside the UK within 10 days may be difficult, therefore please obtain proof of postage to show that it has been sent back within 10 days of receipt. Customers returning goods from outside the UK must do so via a secure signed for service. As with UK orders, please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
  • If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, or exchange or refund any items , you are asked to contact us, by telephone or email as soon as is practicably possible.
  • All items are checked before dispatch, however in the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and we will arrange a full exchange or refund.
  • If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched, then the returns policy as described above applies.
